Tantus Buzz 1 Review
By Carnal Queen.
I’m kind of sad to be writing this review. It’s not because I don’t like the product, it’s because it’s the last in my review queue of Tantus products! When you review sex toys, it’s amazing (obviously) because you get to try out a very diverse range of products. You find things that you love, which you previously may of though wouldn’t have been for you, and perhaps some of the things you coveted so highly end up not living up to your expectations. No matter what I’m testing, it gets my full attention, so each of the products that the fabulous Tantus sent me, have been looked at individually, and at length. In fact, I’ve possibly drawn them out a little more than usual, because I’ve enjoyed them so much! It’s true, some of the products I’ve reviewed previously will likely never see the light of day, but that can’t be said for anything I’ve experienced from Tantus. They will remain firm favourites, BUT, I’ve ultimately only got one vagina, one clitoris and one ass to have spanked, so I’m sad to end the ‘testing’ phase, because I won’t be able to use them as frequently as I have been!
Anyway, on to the fabulous Buzz! In hindsight I perhaps wish that I’d reviewed the Buzz before I did the Echo, because the Buzz is smooth and slick, and the texture of the Echo would have been a natural progression, but hey, it’s all good! I absolutely adore the midnight purple colour of the Buzz, it has a subtle shimmer and swirl to it, which in my opinion is so much better than flat colours on toys. It gives it character! It’s made from the super duper, body safe silicone that Tantus are known (and loved) for, so yeah, you can keep this uber clean and hygienic by bleaching, boiling it etc. Tantus silicone knows no fear! Measuring 6.5 inches in length and approx 5 inches in girth around the head, the Buzz is a fabulous size for probably just about everybody – not too big, not too small, and it’s harness and Tantus suction cup compatible (still on my list of needs!). The flared base also makes it suitable for anal play!
I’ll be honest, I was thinking before I used it for the first time that I might be a little disappointed with the Buzz, but joyfully, I was wrong (quick, I don’t often admit that, make a note!). After falling in love with the Echo’s texture so much, I wondered if the smoothness would leave me wanting more – well nope, the Buzz leaves me satisfied and very happy indeed! The shape and angle of the head seems to fit my anatomy perfectly, and the the shaft has enough structure to allow me to angle it correctly to provide me with some pretty spectacular G-Spot stimulation when I really get going with the thrusting. The Buzz has a fair amount of squish to it, and is flexible, but it’s not so soft that it becomes frustrating to use. I prefer to use this with no vibration in the shaft, but if I did want vibrations, I’d be switching out the bullet for my Tango, as I did with the Echo. It has a lovely ribbed hole (Oo err!) to make removing the bullet much easier – suction is usually great, but not when you’re trying to retrieve your bullet from inside of a toy! For me though, the fireworks start when I introduce vibrations to my clit whilst still thrusting. Again, for me it’s my trusty Tango, but I’ve tried it with the Tantus waterproof bullet and it still got me orgasming, it’s totally personal choice.
I think I will probably get more use from the Echo, because I really do love texture, but when I’m in the right sort of mood, it’s awesome to be able to go with a smoother ride! To let myself build that climax in a different way, because strangely the feeling is often more intense with the Buzz, because I can feel EVERYTHING. I’m not overstimulated and trying to process lots of different sensations at the same time. Water based lube is essential, or else you do get a bit of drag with the glossy silicone, but that’s ok, because everything is better with lube, right?
So which do you prefer? Are you a textured or smooth kind of person? If you like it smooth, then the Buzz could easily be what you’re looking for! The Tantus Buzz was sent to me for free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review, this in no way alters my opinions.
